Refund & Cancellation Policy – New Hope Wellness : Yoga and Naturopathy

We value your commitment and understand that unexpected situations can occur. Below is our transparent refund and cancellation policy.

1. Retreat Booking Cancellations
1.1 If YOU Cancel

30+ days before retreat start:
✔ 70% refund OR 100% credit for a future retreat

15–30 days before retreat start:
✔ 50% refund

7–14 days before retreat start:
✔ 25% refund

Less than 7 days:
❌ No refund (only in extreme medical emergencies, case-by-case)

1.2 Non-Refundable Items

Visa fees, travel tickets, personal bookings

Once used services (meals, sessions, consultations)

2. If WE Cancel a Retreat

If New Hope Yoga cancels due to unavoidable reasons (weather, government rules, instructor emergency):

✔ 100% refund
OR

✔ 120% credit for a future retreat

We are not responsible for flight/train cancellations or other travel expenses.

3. Payment Gateway Fees

Payment gateway/service provider charges are non-refundable in all cases.

4. Online Classes & Services

24 hours before commencement: ✔ Full refund

Less than 24 hours: ❌ No refund (rescheduling may be offered)

5. “No Show” Policy

If you do not join the retreat/session and provide no prior notice:
❌ No refund.

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be initiated within:
7–14 working days
(Time depends on bank/payment gateway.)
