• 200-Hour Yoga TTC: Their flagship 23-day program. It guides students through foundational Hatha and Ashtanga yoga, teaching methodology, alignment, and hands-on adjustments. Completing this renders you eligible to register as an RYT-200 to teach globally. Course costs generally estimate between $900 to $1,500 depending on your room preference (shared or private). 
• 300-Hour Yoga TTC: A 27-day advanced program tailored for those who have already cleared an RYT-200 certification and want to delve into complex asanas, advanced alignment, and deeper philosophy.
