    Core Programs & Courses

  The school provides residential packages that typically cover private or shared accommodation, three daily Satvik vegetarian meals, and complete yoga kits. 

• • 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course (TTC): A foundational, life-changing journey covering traditional Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga, yoga philosophy, pranayama, meditation, anatomy, and teaching methodologies. 
  • 10-Day / 100-Hour Aerial Yoga Teacher Training: A specialized program focusing on building core strength, flexibility, safe inversions, and spinal decompression using aerial silks. RYT 200+ holders can register this for YACEP continuing education credits. 
  • 7-Day Residential Yin & Yang Yoga TTC: Starting on the 25th of every month, this program explores the body meridian system, Yin sequencing, and balancing the dualities of grounding and expansion.
