Adhiroha offers internationally recognized registrations with the Yoga Alliance (USA), the Ministry of Ayush (Government of India), and Uttarakhand Tourism. The primary multi-style curriculums focus on traditional Hatha, Ashtanga Vinyasa, alignment (Iyengar style), pranayama, and meditation: 

• 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course (TTC): A foundational 30-day immersive path starting from €1,275 to €1,500. Batches begin on the 1st of every month. 
• 300-Hour Yoga TTC: An advanced 60-day curriculum for deeper training starting from €1,500 to €2,700. Batches begin on the 1st of every month. 
• 500-Hour Yoga TTC: The complete, comprehensive program encompassing both foundational and advanced learning. 
• Sound Healing Teacher Training: A specialized 12-day immersive course focused on Tibetan singing bowls, vibration therapy, and chakra balancing. It starts on the 24th of every month.
